    • Mayor (Mayor): teammate. Can vote multiple times in a meeting; whenever they don’t vote, they record their vote in a vote bank for use in another meeting.
    • Jester (Jester): Neutral. Attempt to be deliberately kicked out to win the game.
    • Sheriff: teammate. Attempt to kill the impostors or the glitch; they will die if they kill a teammate or other neutral character.
    • Lover (Lovers): either the team members or the impostors. Two players linked together whose primary goal is to stay alive together; if one dies, the other will die too.
    • Mafia godfather (Mafia Godfather): impostor. A normal impostor who can sabotage and kill his teammates.
    • Mafia Janitor: Impostor. Can’t kill but clean bodies so they won’t be seen by teammates or reported.
    • Mafia Mafia: Impostor. You cannot sabotage or kill until the godfather is dead. (Note: Mafia will only spawn if the game is set to have 3 impostors. They must all spawn together.)
    • Engineer: teammate. Can repair a sabotage by part from anywhere on the map and can let off steam like an impostor.
    • Swapper: teammate. Can swap the votes of two crewmembers in a meeting, meaning anyone who voted for a teammate would instead be counted as a second teammate – Cannot repair lights or communications and cannot use the emergency button.
    • Shifter: Neutral. Has no roles or tasks or victory conditions; can swap roles with another player.
    • Investigator: teammate. Like Socksfor1 Detective role mod, can see other players’ footprints that disappear over time.
    • Time Lord: teammate. Can turn back time to revive dead players and reverse the movements of teammates and impostors; If the settings are changed, the Time Lord can also revive teammates and impostors who voted.
    • Medic: teammate. Gives a player a shield that makes them immortal until the Medic dies; Can receive a corpse report containing the killer’s name or color type.
    • Seeing (Seer): teammate. Can discover the role of another player; Seers can reveal player roles to other teammates, causing the player’s name to change color to indicate their team (impostor, teammate, or neutral) or role.
    • Glitch: Neutral. Can kill, hack, and impersonate teammates or impostors to be the last player standing and win the game. Hacking prevents crew members from reporting bodies or completing tasks, and prevents impostors from killing, sabotaging, or reporting.
    • Morphling: impostor. Can sample a crew member’s DNA and transform into that character for a limited time.
    • Camoufleur: impostor. Can dump the color of all players, making everyone gray for a limited time to make it harder to identify them.
    • Executioner: Neutral. Must convince teammates to vote against a designated teammate to win the game.
    • Child: teammate. Serves as designated survivor. If the child is killed, everyone loses the game.
    • Flash: All. Can travel at double speed.
    • Sick: teammate. Has a mysterious illness that sabotages the impostor. If the sick is killed, the cooldown of Impostor Kill triples.
    • Torch: teammate. Can see in the dark, which may allow them to catch an impostor in the act.

The mod also comes with new color options including a rainbow color option for player sprites.

Among Us: how to download, install and play the Extra Roles mod

Role mods for Among Us introduce special tasks that crew members must complete in addition to their regular duties, often including a new ability that empowers them against imposters. These mods have included roles like the Sheriff, who has the ability to kill impostors, the Medic, who can revive a dead teammate before the body is reported, and Jester, who tries to get kicked out on purpose to gain the part. Now a new mod from NotHunter101, the Extra Roles mod, combines four familiar crew member roles in one game: Medic, Officer, Engineer, and Joker.

How to install and play the Extra Roles mod for Among Us

This mod is available for public download and works on official InnerSloth servers, provided all players have it installed in their game files. This mod will only work for PC players. • Players can also join the Discord server for the mod to get technical support and report any bugs.

How to play the Additional Roles Among Us mod

The Extra Extra Roles mod brings four roles that will be randomly assigned to teammates in each match. Most of these roles work the same as their standalone role mod versions:

    • Medic: Unlike the Doctor role mod, the Medic mod in the Additional Roles mod can grant any crew member a shield that makes them immortal until the Medic dies. Doctors can also receive a report when they find a corpse that gives clues as to the identity of the killer. If they find the body within seconds, they may even see the name of the killer in the report.
    • Officer: Like the sheriff, the officer can kill anyone he sees as the impostor. If the officer shoots a teammate, he will die instead. Agents can shoot the Joker, with or without repercussions depending on the settings selected.
    • Engineer: Engineers can fix a per-game sabotage emergency from anywhere on the map without having to stop performing a task. They can also evacuate like impostors.
    • Joker: Like the Jester, the Joker isn’t really on the side of teammates or impostors. Instead, they want to win the game for themselves and have to convince others to kick them out. Unlike the Jester standalone role mod, the Joker won’t be given any tasks to complete, which will make them even more suspicious.

The mod comes with some default settings that lobby hosts can change if they wish.
