Assassin’s Creed: Origins | Season Pass unveiled

The next big game in the Assassin’s Creed franchise is coming and more details have been revealed. This time the content of the game’s season pass was revealed. Ubisoft has revealed the arrival of two packages with additional content both scheduled for November, while in 2018 we will have two expansions.

The Season Pass includes:

The Hidden Ones (DLC 1) – This expansion takes place years after the events of Assassin’s Creed Origins in a new region occupied by a Roman force. Bayek and the new Assassins will confront the Romans as the Brotherhood continues to grow. Scheduled for launch in January 2018.

The Curse of the Pharaohs (DLC 2) – The second expansion focuses on Egyptian mythology, pitting players against undead pharaohs and famous Egyptian monsters. Bayek will need to explore a new mystical realm and discover the root of the curse that brought these creatures back to life. Scheduled for launch in March 2018.

Roman Centurion and Horus Packages – These exclusive item packs will give Season Pass owners a new costume, weapons, shields and mounts when they become available in November of this year.

To gain access to all of the above, players will need the Season Pass, which will be included in Assassin’s Creed Origins Gold Edition and will also be available to purchase separately. There is also a batch of new additions to the game after launch that will be free for all players, including:

The Trial of the Gods – The Ordeal of the Gods – Take on the Egyptian gods in boss fights during timed special events and receive valuable rewards for victory.

The Nomad’s Bazaar – Track a traveling merchant who will give you daily quests to complete and reward you with mysterious exotic rewards.

Shooting mode – Capture the beauty of the Egyptian scene and satisfy your wild indoor photographer.

Discovery Tour – This new game mode turns the world of Assassin’s Creed Origins into a combat-free living museum. Read more about this mode and the guided educational tours in our previous coverage.
