Recently, a list of leaked DLCs from Mortal Kombat 11 appeared on the internet due to data mining of the Switch version. Among the characters would be Ash Williams, from Evil Dead. However, actor Bruce Campbell, who played Ash in the films and series, confirmed that he will not be in Mortal Kombat 11.

The actor used a post on Twitter with a good sense of humor to explain once and for all that Ash Williams will not be in the Netherrealm game. In a way, this comes to end the rumor that the Evil Dead character would appear in Mortal Kombat 11. Check it out:

Although the actor has denied participation, the rumor in the leaked list has a high content of veracity, because it is data taken from within the game code. However, there is still the possibility that Ash is in Mortal Kombat 11, but that it is not actor Bruce Campbell who gives appearance to the character.

Mortal Kombat 11 is now available for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC.
