Update 26.4.3 is a data fix released today, which includes the following changes:
Hearthstone Updates
Dev Team Comment: The meta is pretty solid right now and a lot of people seem to like the approach that followed the miniset, so we don’t want to disrupt the game too much with these changes. We’re making a few minor tweaks to smooth out the effects of some standout cards and to give a little more power to other cards in the miniset that didn’t get a lot of traction..

Dev Comment: Pure Paladin has been a very effective deck for some time. The latest update skyrocketed the power of this deck, to the point that it is now dominant at every level of play. It was therefore a prime target to modify it. We expect it to still be played, even if it has been weakened a bit. Disco Mass has been a map we’ve been paying attention to for some time, and now felt like the right time to take action. Finally, we saw a lot of potential in the Horn of the Windlord and Feast and Famine combo, but we’re seeing that the Horn of the Windlord isn’t a problem for shamans, so we’re adjusting the second part of the combo to make her a bit slower and less versatile on non-combo towers.
Lady S’theno
- Previously: 2 ATK, 4 HP.
- Now: 1 ATK, 4 HP.
Dev Team Comment: An increasingly negative sentiment has developed towards Demon Hunters, particularly at higher levels of play, not least because this class has been closing matches the same way ever since. a long time. We had several maps to choose from to adjust, but Dame S’theno seemed like the best target to improve the gameplay experience and player sentiment.
Hope of Quel’Thalas
- Previously: 4 ATK, 2 Durability.
- Now: 3 ATK, 2 Durability.
Dev Team Comment: “Big Hunter” emerged as a strong alternative after the additions of Charred Cerberus and Star-Spangled Musician in the mini-set. We think this deck is fun and interesting, and we want players to continue enjoying it, but we don’t want it to become too powerful as a result of the other tweaks in this update. That’s why today we’re offering a small pre-emptive tweak to reduce its potency a bit.
Pozzik, sound engineer
- Previously: 5 ATK, 4 HP.
- Now: 4 ATK, 4 HP.
Dev Comment: Pozzik is statistically the neutral legendary card with the highest win rate in the game, although it was unfairly underrated. As more and more decks tried to incorporate this card, it became clear that it needed a little help.
Crimson Cleric
- From now on excluded free mode.
Development Team Comment: Crimson Cleric is a key element in a combo-like deck with play patterns that go beyond what we want for the format.
You will be able to pick up the full dust value of the above cards for 2 weeks after the 26.4.3 update rolls out (there is an uncraftable version of the Crimson Cleric that everyone has for free in the core set and that cannot be disenchanted, and a version in the Legacy set that can be crafted or disenchanted).
