Originally promised for September 2018, Code Vein has been postponed to 2019 and does not yet have an official release date – a situation that is likely to change soon. Bandai Namco this week started registering for the title’s first network test, which is due to take place on an undetermined date near the end of May.

Records are available for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions of the game and can be performed by clicking this link. The game will also be released for PCs, but everything indicates that there will not be a specific network test for the platform – at least not at the moment.

The news comes at the same time that several international vehicles published previews of Code Vein, whose postponement was decided so that Bandai Namco could improve its mechanics. With a visual based on the anime world, the title promises to bring combat with tactical elements and challenges that resemble the universe of Dark Souls.
