It’s been a week since Sony and Bend Studio launched Days Gone, a third-person survival horror action adventure game. With an open world that includes zombies in a post-apocalyptic setting, players control Deacon St. John, a traveler and bounty hunter who prefers to live a dangerous life on the road, rather than life in the forest camps.
As it is still a great news, some updates continue to be released almost every day. This past Thursday (2), patch 1.07 was introduced in order to correct a crash problem reported by the community. After patch 1.06 came out earlier this week, many Days Gone players reported that the latest update was causing the PS4 to open the main console screen during gameplay. These users reported a flaw in a post on the game’s official subreddit.
Fortunately, Bend Studio has been working tirelessly and has already solved much of the problem in patch 1.07. The notes for today’s update are quite vague, simply pointing to a “bug fix”. In case of other difficulties with the most recent update, the player can report on the Reddit page.
Days Gone is available exclusively for the PS4.
