What is the difference between military convoy and evacuation convoy?
There are hardly any differences. In both cases, you will come across abandoned vehicles that have seen much better days and are long gone.
A military convoy usually has tanks and other military vehicles, while evacuation convoys do not. Otherwise, the difference is the type of reward you get for looting the convoys.

We see: In both cases it is worth stopping for a moment and cracking the car doors. You need lockpicks and you have to use them to gain access to the wrecked vehicles.
