Flying mounts are still attached World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor added. Blizzard Entertainment announced this on its official website.

In the previous expansions you explore the regions with a flying mount, after you have reached the highest level. Blizzard breaks with this tradition with the lack of flying mounts in World of Warcraft’s latest expansion. With the arrival of patch 6.2, you will still have the opportunity to explore the airspace of Draenor, but there are a number of conditions attached to it.

You must complete the Draenor Pathfinder meta achievement on one of your characters. To do this, you have to search every zone, collect every treasure, complete the majority of the new quests and increase your reputation with the various factions. In addition to the privileges to fly, you will also receive the Soaring Skyterror mount as a reward.

“We believe this provides the right balance to get the full potential of the content on the ground, while giving players who have enjoyed the full Draenor experience extra freedom to ‘break the rules,’” said lead designer Ion Hazzikostas .
