If you are planning to play the Ghost Recon Breakpoint campaign alone, get ready: the single-player will not offer any human aid controlled by artificial intelligence, Ubisoft told PCGamesN. Only a drone will accompany the player during missions.
The reason for this, explains Ubisoft, is that you are on your own on the fictional island of Auroa, in the Pacific, in enemy territory, with no line of communication with headquarters. Therefore, the idea would be to bring more realism to the experience.
“We offered the option to turn off AI in Wildlands and players enjoyed the full solo experience. The story here puts you on enemy lines alone, so we want to immerse the player in that fantasy. But we also offer mechanics to make the game playable that way on the ground and in co-op. We want to offer the greatest possible variety “, justified Laura Cordrey, community developer.
