GRID: Autosport gets patch to support Oculus Rift

Developer Codemasters reports that GRID: Motorsport gets a patch to support the Oculus Rift.
All details about the patch can be found here. Codemasters warns that the technology is still experimental.
For example, adjusting in-game options can lead to crashes. This concerns, for example, the choice of resolution.
Codemasters also adds that the menus cannot be viewed in virtual reality. “Our menus are not designed for virtual reality,” says the developer. “We recommend only switching on virtual reality during a race itself. It is also best to use only the Ultra-Low graphics quality in the beginning. This especially counts for the Oculus Rift DK2.”
Before you get started, you have to go through several steps. This info can be found on the Codemasters blog.
Here you can read the GRID: Autosport review. And here you will find an overview of the most important racing games.
