Hollow Knight Silksong PR shares the news from Nintendo Indie World. Will we finally have news?

Several indications point to Hollow Knight Silksong being revealed tomorrow at Nintendo’s Indie World: Team Cherry’s PR has shared the news.

Morning, Tuesday, December 15, a Nintendo Indie World will be held, probably the last event with news that the company does in the remainder of the year. But it could be one of the most important, since all indications point in one direction: Hollow Knight Silksong.

The highly anticipated sequel to one of the most acclaimed indie metroidvania was announced about two years ago, but since then we have hardly received more information about the game from Team Cherry. But that could change in less than 24 hours. Specifically, in the presentation of indie games for Nintendo Switch that will be held at 6:00 p.m. (Spanish peninsular time) on December 15.

The first clue is that Matthew Griffin, PR of Them Cherry, has retweeted the Indie World ad, which seems to guarantee the presence of the game in the presentation.

As if that were not enough, yesterday the English magazine Edge posted a preview of its next issue, 354, due out on December 31. And the cover, despite being so minimalist, clearly shows the shape of the Hornet head, which means that there will be news from Silksong is imminent.

During the last year, each time there has been a Nintendo Direct Mini Partner Showcase or Indie World presentation (and there have been five or six since last March), Silksong has become a Trending Topic, precisely because of the disappointment of users. We have a feeling that tomorrow Silksong will also be trending on Twitter … but this time, for the right reasons.

Recall that Hollow Knight Silksong is currently confirmed only for Nintendo Switch and PC, although it is likely that later it will come out on other consoles, as happened with the first Hollow Knight.

PS: Thanks for the warning, Juanjo!
