[HOT] : Respawn is committed to fixing the Aim Assist bug in Apex Legends

The fix for an extremely devastating bug in Apex Legends giving keyboard and mouse players a big advantage is to be addressed by Respawn. However, pro players believe the opposite.

Controller gamers benefit greatly from the aim assist tool. Without it, they would have a hard time keeping up with their PC counterparts in cross-platform multiplayer games like Apex Legends.

While aim assist has been a controversial addition in many games, there’s no denying that it’s necessary to give controller users a fair chance to compete with mouse precision.

That said, some Apex Legends players have taken advantage of it and are using an exploit that gives mouse and keyboard users the power of controller aim assist.

Hybrid (use of MnK + Controller at the same time) needs to be removed from Apex Legends

I deleted the earlier tweet and will be contacting a dev privately but apparently it’s been a thing since Day #1

Hybrid (simultaneous use of keyboard mouse and controller) should be removed from Apex Legends.

I deleted the previous tweet and will be contacting a developer privately, but apparently it’s been a problem since day one.

Cloud9 Apex Legends star PVPX has rallied against this feat on Twitter, calling on Respawn to do something about it.

In one video, PVPX shows gamers pulling the left trigger on their controller when it’s connected to their PC and setting their movement speed to LT to make the game think it’s a permanent controller.

“You can play with the mouse and keyboard without ever switching to mouse or keyboard input. You have aim assist with the mouse and keyboard, ”he explained while shooting at targets. “Dude, it’s like I have an aim-bot!”

In a following tweet, he explained how the developers plan to fix this issue, but didn’t promise that it will be anytime soon. “I have no idea how long this will take because there are definitely bigger issues to worry about right now, but at least they are aware.”

These issues include resolving the DDoS attacks and hackers plaguing Titanfall, which have lasted for two years. Beginning of July, a user hacked Apex Legends to promote the “Save Titanfall” movement.

It’s unclear how easy the fix will be for the dev team, but at least they’re working hard to fix this major game integrity issue.
