Moreover, based on the words of the film’s producer, it looks like the dinosaurs will be with us for a long time to come.
The third Jurassic World film is already being made, this time with the subtitle Dominion, and is scheduled to hit theaters sometime in 2021. It may have rightly occurred to fans that the series might end after the trilogy, but that doesn’t seem to be the plan.
In response to a question, Frank Marshall, the film’s producer, recently revealed that Jurassic World: Dominion will certainly not be the end of the franchise, but rather the beginning of a new era. After the events of the 2018 Jurassic World: Fallen Empire, dinosaurs have arrived on land, among humans, and Marshall hopes to stay with us for a long time to come.
So in the producer’s words, it’s really conceivable that the Jurassic World series won’t end with a trilogy. Would you be happy if more movies were made after Dominion?
