Left 4 Dead 3 | May be in development
Does Valve know how to count to 3? I don’t know, but now another conceptual art from Left 4 Dead 3emerged as a leaker saying that the Valve may have resumed game development.
The YouTube channel and Valve News Network say the studio started making Left 4 Dead 3 in late 2011 or early 2012 before canceling it in February 2017. He says Valve was surprised by the level expectation of Half-Life: Alyx and now wants more virtual reality titles to satisfy customers who have purchased units of the Valve Index for that game. Therefore, the channel states that there is a great chance that do Left 4 Dead 3 again – and they may have already done so.
“I have news that there were some important meetings that took place almost immediately after the trailer for Half-Life: Alyx being online that essentially made everyone internally at Valve change everything about their future plans for virtual reality, public communication, and game development in general. ”
Apart from the apparently resumed Left 4 Dead 3 / Left 4 Dead VR, VNN released 15 models of zombie heads – but these are prior to the cancellation of Left 4 Dead 3. “Some people approached me with a leak,” says VNN, “from zombie renderings created by Half-Life creature designer, Ted Backman, in 2012”.
None of this is confirmed.
