Although he does not really know what the stories of Geralt of Rivia are about, after a wise Jedi master, he would also like to play the role of a wise butter master.
The long-awaited Vaják series landed on Netflix over the weekend and most viewers are pleased with the quality of the processing. The streaming platform has already set in for the second season, so fans don’t have to worry about whether we can see Geralt, Ciri and Yennefer’s story continue. According to the books, Vesemir, the master of Kaer’s Morhenian voices, should also have a role in the second season, and the role could even be played by Mark Hamill.
The show’s runner-up, Lauren Schmidt Hissrich, shared short descriptions on Twitter during the screenplay about what she thinks are the most important qualities of a particular character. During Vesemir’s characterization, someone mentioned that Hamill would be perfect for the role of old butter. Hamill himself joined the conversation, who wrote:
“I have no idea what this is or what it’s about, but I agree that I should play it.”
We’ve already seen examples of fantastic things coming out of a similar joke, and we really hope that the creators remember Mark Hamill’s name during the casting, as he showed that he stands out in his role as an old, wise Jedi Master, we wouldn’t think you would have a problem if you had to replace the lightsaber with a silver blade. Of course, the internet has gone wild since then, with many saying Hamill would be the perfect choice (if it was a viral marketing, it came in).
Which actor could you imagine for the role of Vesemir?
