Minecraft on PS4 finally with private servers

Minecraft has been available on PlayStation 4 for over six years. Sony console users receive updates simultaneously with other platforms and can have fun together with their owners. Until now, however, the so-called. Servers and Realms, allowing you to create your own servers. Now that has finally changed.

Support for these features on PS4 was added in the last update. Thanks to it, users of this console can create private servers and play on those set up by other players.

This is a key change as private servers are often the place where the most interesting Minecraft things happen. This is where we can find the most creativity in the fan community.

It is worth explaining here that the classic Servers are created by the players themselves. Realms, on the other hand, are created by developers, and we only gain control over them for a fee.

At the same time, a subscription service was made available on PS4 Realms Plus. For $ 7.99 a month (about PLN 30), we immediately get access to a prepared server for up to ten players and a catalog of over 100 packages with additional content from the store, which is regularly enriched with new elements.
