Days after the leak of a supposed map for the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare battle royale, known as Warzone, new information was released on the internet, suggesting that the launch of the new multiplayer trend in the best-selling game of 2019 is quite close.

The revelations were made by the user @CaptainBadfoot, as reported by an article in the GameSpot, who, in an image posted on his account, reported that he was playing with friends on the Rust map when they were randomly sent to the Warzone lobby, where there was a menu with various information about the mode, such as a team mission, challenges diaries and a training mode. In addition to this tweet, the player posted several others presenting more details about the battle royale, but unfortunately they are currently unavailable, possibly due to image rights or “showing too much”. Despite this, access to one of them allowed the identification of a ‘ping’ system very similar to that found in Apex Legends, where there is the possibility of communication between players without the need for a headset.

Warzone is also expected to bring several vehicles for gameplay, with the presence of “ATVs, SUVs, helicopters, cargo trucks and tactical vehicles”. In addition, another leaked image indicated a mechanics based on trios, with a team working together to survive, suggesting that other variations of group commands may exist in the game.

@CaptainBadfoot also confirmed the existence of a resurrection system and “supply stations” that can fall from the air at different points, as was the case in the classic Worms franchise.

There is still no date for the arrival of the battle royale and more information should be released soon.
