A few hours ago, Snail games has announced that PixArk, the company’s latest big bet, will be available at the end of month of March, but in early access phase. The game can be tested through Steam and of Xbox Games Preview.

PixARK will come to PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and PC in the future.

As can be seen from the title logo, the game is inspired by the universe of ARK: Survival Evolved. What is most striking about this survival is its aesthetics in the purest isometric style, which introduces us to this open world full of creatures, adventures and missions to complete in order to survive.

Peter Kang, director of Snail games has shown a very favorable view of PixARK:

“With PixARK, we’ve taken the action and enthusiasm that most experienced users know and appreciate about ARK in a new direction to present the world to a completely different audience. PixARK is a colorful and fun game that is presented to ARK players of all ages, adding creative building modes and a simple game experience. ” – Peter Kang (2018)

In relation to the contextualization of this new game, we have known thata group of players wake up in a mysterious island, in which they will have to survive. To do this, they must hunt, collect, build objects, farm … In addition, players will have different skills and practically the obligation to interact with the environment around them.

In another vein, the game will feature an online multiplayer mode, so the cooperative development will be the order of the day, and in relation to the creatures that star in the title, we know that there will be more than 100 different types of animals than to be able to tame, train and ride.

We remind you that the game will be available at end of March in early access (only on PC and Xbox One), and that in the future it will reach the rest of the platforms.
