Pokémon GO hasn’t received many updates so far to give the game a longer life. Due to the lack of additions to the obscenely popular app, some players are running out, something Niantic tries to prevent with the addition of recurring daily bonuses.

Pokémon GO’s addiction rate apparently wasn’t high enough, as Niantic will now reward players when they log in day after day to complete a number of actions. If you log in to the app for seven consecutive days and, for example, catch a Pokémon or spin a PokéStop, you can count on extra items. On the Pokémon GO site we find the whole list of bonuses.

Catching a Pokémon every day will earn the following bonus:

  • 500 XP
  • 600 Stardust

Catching a Pokémon every day for 7 days straight will earn the following larger bonus:

  • 2,000 XP
  • 2,400 Stardust

Visiting a PokéStop and spinning the Photo Disc every day will earn the following bonus:

  • 500 XP
  • A number of additional items

Visiting a PokéStop every day for 7 days straight will earn the following larger bonus:

  • 2,000 XP
  • A greater number of additional items

Are your hands getting itchy again at the idea of a daily bonus?
