Ready to say goodbye to Clementine yet? The Guard is going to have a hard time with it.
The Order: 1886’s creative director discusses possible sequel
Do you remember The Order? That slick-looking, but ultimately disappointingly short game with those excruciatingly bad boss battles? In an interview with Polygon, creative director Ru Weerasuriya discusses the possibility of a sequel.
Although the game was somewhat disappointing critically and commercially, a reasonable fan base for the game has been formed through some considerable sales over the years. That fan base is therefore very curious about the plans that Ready at Dawn had for the third-person steampunk shooter, especially because the first game had such an open ending.
Ru Weerasuriya explains that they already had plans for more than one game before the 1886 release. A lot more material had already been created for the world and the characters than was used in the first part. Ru seems more than happy to work on a potential sequel. What do you think? Would you like to see more of the Knights of the Round Table, or is it enough?

Realm Royale has lost 94% of its players since June
Ouch! Things are not going so well with the Battle Royale game from Hi-Rez Studios. Where there was still played with more than 105,000 players at the same time in June, that has now shrunk to less than 5,000. De Wacht has only played this game for half an hour, but the mixed Steam reviews quickly show that they are not so happy with the developers.
Add to that the fact that Fortnite still dominates the genre and it’s pretty quickly clear why this game has sunk so hard to the bottom. Unfortunately!
Librarian embezzles $ 89,000 to fund his Game of War addiction
Game of War! You know, that game with those crazy Kate Upton commercials (see below) that have nothing to do with the actual gameplay. However, Adam Winger, director of the North Logan City library in Utah, loved this game so much that he thought it would be a good idea to spend nearly $ 100,000 of the library’s credit card on Amazon, iTunes, and Google Play cards to purchase microtransactions. in the mobile strategy game.
He has now been sentenced to 30 days in prison and has to pay back all the stolen money himself. To do that, the man has since sold his house and opened his pension fund. The Guard feels that it was not entirely worth it …
Forza Horizon 2 will be removed from the Xbox store
Attention racing fans! Forza Horizon 4 may already be on the shelves, but Part 2 was also a great racing game. Unfortunately, it has now been decided to remove the game from the Xbox store from September 30th. Why? Joost should know, because the developer has not said anything about this.
So if you still want to bring it home, you must do so before the 30th of the following month. If you have already bought it, you can of course continue to download it.
It’s a bit of a poor watch today, because there simply wasn’t much news in the last 24 hours. Of course the Guard has prepared a row of trailers for you:
Stone Play as a slothful koala with a popping hangover and an Australian accent as you search for your kidnapped love, Alex. In terms of gameplay, there is not much to see, but the game is already available for PC this fall.
Airships: Conquer the Skies – A Steampunk RTS where you can build your own flying ship and fight against other players or Lovecraftian monsters. De Wacht is not really impressed with the graphic style, but the customization looks interesting enough. Available now on Steam!
Gear.Club Unlimited 2 – If Mario Kart isn’t enough for you, Microïds comes with Gear.Club Unlimited for your Switch. Apparently this one focuses more on an open world experience than the first part. It has no release date yet.
Inmost – Look, that’s cool pixel art! In this atmospheric, story-driven game you play as three different characters with a connected story. De Wacht is only going to bring this in for the cool art style.
