[REVIEW] : RED Deal: a Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 offered with the RED 100 GB plan

The brand new Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 was recently launched in France. Successor to the excellent Redmi Note 10 from 2021, the smartphone intends to impose itself on the market with a modern design, increased performance and an ever-versatile camera. At the moment, it is sold at the official price of 249€. With its new RED Deal, RED by SFR is however ready to offer it to you for free. And for that, he only asks for one and only condition: subscribe to his 100 GB package at 15€/month with a 24-month commitment.

When it was released, last year’s Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 made a lot of noise. With an attractive technical sheet, it was offered at a derisory price. Naturally, the smartphone has enjoyed great success in the market.

With its new Redmi Note 11, Xiaomi wants to repeat the same feat. The design is similar to its predecessor. However, slight improvements have been made to the technical part of the device. Indeed, the Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 is equipped with a 6.43-inch AMOLED panel refreshed at 90 Hz. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor, supported by 6 GB of RAM and 128 of storage. Its large 5000 mAh battery also promises excellent autonomy and reaches full capacity in less than an hour thanks to the 33W fast recharge. Finally, the smartphone has four photo sensors on the back, including a 50-megapixel main module.

For 0€, you will have this pretty smartphone as powerful as it is practical and pleasant to use. All you have to do is subscribe to the 100 GB package from RED by SFR and commit to 24 months. Priced at €15/month even after the first year, this mobile plan offers you:

  • 100 GB of mobile data on the 4G SFR network in mainland France;
  • 15 GB of mobile data from Europe and the overseas departments;
  • Unlimited calls, SMS and MMS in Metropolitan France as well as from Europe and the overseas departments.

Finally, the SIM card will be billed to you at only €1 with this good plan.

Redmi Watch 2 Lite: great promo on the Xiaomi connected watch for less than €50

A connected watch at a low price and big ambitions

Basically, the Redmi Watch 2 Lite is an entry-level connected watch whose price is around 60€ on the market. And at the moment there is a discount code at AliExpress that allows you to deduct 7€ on a purchase of 50€ minimum from a selection of products. Among them are the Redmi Watch 2 Lite in different colors.

The cheapest being the Blue version which is €55.31, so you can get it for €48.31 by entering the code TSFR7 when paying. And if you want another color it is quite possible to choose it and enter the code, it will still be functional. But it won’t be at the lowest price.

The most precise and efficient daily monitoring

Once your Redmi Watch 2 Lite is on your wrist, what will you use it for? Already, it shows you the notifications of the applications that you have chosen on the screen. So you will know whether to take your smartphone out of your pocket or not. Note that it is compatible with both iOS and Android.

It has a 1.55″ touch screen with a total battery life of 10 days. It is equipped with a GPS which, once activated, reduces the autonomy to 14 hours of non-stop use. But it’s a handy option when you need it.

Finally, its main function is of course activity monitoring. You will be able to see the number of steps taken every day, the calories burned, monitor the quality of your sleep and see if you have sleep apnea or not. There are also exercises to be performed directly via the connected watch to keep in shape and move regularly.

To better understand the offer

  • What does the mobile plan offer?

The RED by SFR plan for this deal offers unlimited calls, SMS and MMS in mainland France and from Europe and the overseas departments to a French number. Its particularity is above all its large 4G data envelope which amounts to 100 GB monthly, only in France. If you want to consume data abroad, you can count on a maximum of 15 GB, which are deducted from the basic plan. And if you run out of gigabytes, you can always buy 1 GB refills for 2 euros, within the limit of 4 refills per month. In Europe/DOM, you will be charged 0.0054 euro per MB.

  • What is a Xiaomi Redmi Note 11?

The Xiaomi Redmi Note 11 is the brand’s latest entry-level smartphone, made official in February 2022. It’s clearly not the best reference at the moment, but it’s good value for money thanks to a technical sheet well balanced. We find in particular a 6.43-inch OLED screen refreshed at 90 Hz for good fluidity, or a large 5,000 mAh battery to easily last 2 or 3 days away from the charger. The latter is also very fast since it offers a power of 33 W.

The performances are then suitable with the Snapdragon 680 supported by 4 GB of RAM, enough to navigate without slowdowns in the interface, but do not expect to run 3D-intensive games with this configuration either. As far as the photo is concerned, versatility is in the spotlight with a 50 megapixel main sensor, an 8 megapixel ultra-wide-angle, a 2 megapixel macro and a 2 megapixel depth sensor as well, but the quality of the shots is obviously far from reaching what flagships like the iPhone 13 Pro Max or the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra offer.
