Rumor: Ghost of Tsushima will arrive in the second half of 2020

Ghost of Tsushima was originally unveiled at Paris Games Week in October 2017 and has yet to receive an official release date, but according to a new rumor, it will arrive later than originally planned.

After advancing the possibility of an impending announcement about the postponement of The Last of Us: Part 2, Jason Schreier of Kotaku says that the release date for Ghost of Tsushima will be readjusted after this unexpected change.

According to Schreier, Ghost of Tsushima by Sucker Punch was due to arrive in the first half of 2020, but will only be presented in the second half of next year.

“By the way, Ghost of Tsushima does not yet have a public release date, but it will also be postponed until later in 2020, taking into account this delay,” said Schreier.

“Don’t expect to see it suddenly turned into a PS5 game or something like that, but originally, it was planned for the first half of the year – it isn’t anymore.”
