Shadow of the Tomb Raider: All outfits and how you unlock the costumes

The days of Lara’s oversexualized portrayal are – thank God – finally numbered. This fact manifests itself particularly clearly in the numerous Outfits in Shadow of the Tomb Raider. You can choose from a number of costumes for the tough archaeologist, each of which is designed to be believable and does not aim to obsessively emphasize the beneficial attributes of the protagonist.

Choosing the right outfit is by no means just a purely aesthetic decision. Many items of clothing have individual advantages and attributes that complement and expand your playing style in a targeted manner. It is therefore worth keeping your eyes open for all the costumes that are hidden in the lush game world of Shadow of the Tomb Raider.

You can find clothes in three different categories:

  • Full body
  • torso
  • legs

But no matter what clothes you want to put on: This always happens at a base camp. Select your inventory there and then click on the “Outfits” tab.

On this page you can find out what items of clothing are available, where you can find them and what advantages they bring you in the game.

Full body: You can find these clothes

Full-body outfits do not have to be made, but usually do not have any specific advantages. But they look particularly casual – especially in the case of the nostalgic costumes from earlier Tomb Raider games.

Remnants: outfits for torso and legs and what advantages they offer you

In addition to full body costumes, there are also items of clothing for Lara’s torso and legs. Although there are always two matching clothes, you can combine them as you like to get exactly the benefits you need.

You can find these outfits pretty much everywhere: in crypts, at vendors, as rewards for side missions and so on. However, no one presses the finished scrap into your hand, only its so-called remains. You can only make the fumble when you have the materials you need.

By the way: In our resource guide for Shadow of the Tomb Raider you will find a detailed overview of all materials and find out where you can find them.
