Skybound Games to End Telltale’s Walking Dead
Skybound Games, a studio that is part of Skybound Entertainment – a company created by Robert Kirkman, creator of The Walking Dead, has announced that it will end Telltale Games’ The Walking Dead: The Final Season.
Created by Kirkman to create interactive content based on his creations, Skybound Games will work to give fans the end of Clementine’s story.
“We are delighted to announce that we have reached an agreement with Telltale Games that will allow Skybound to continue The Walking Dead: The Final Season,” the studio said on social media.
“Let’s finish Clem’s story properly! More details coming soon.”
These details were given by Kirkman himself during the New York Comic Con 2018, via Variety, who confirmed that they had signed an agreement to end Clementine’s journey.
Variety goes further that Skybound will try to recruit members of the team that worked on the game so it can finish Clementine’s story with the respect and quality it deserves.
