SnowRunner will get a giant vehicle and new maps

Saber Interactive has revealed the details of the second season of the game SnowRunner. It will start on November 16 this year, simultaneously on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. Additional content will be available to holders of the season pass and its premium edition, but it will also be available for purchase separately.

Season 2: Explore & Expand, as this will be the full name of the second phase of the game’s development, will offer two additional maps, located in the Yukon region (Canadian territory). We find there, among others snowy valleys, deep rivers and dangerous muddy slopes. It will be accompanied by new crafting mechanics, enabling the construction of processing facilities.

There will also be three additional vehicles. Among them there will be the CAT 770G, which exceeds all previous SnowRunner machines in terms of dimensions. The second season will also introduce new options for modifying vehicles. Importantly, they can also be used in old models.

Simultaneously with the paid second season, the game will also receive free content, available to all game owners. The existing maps will get new missions. There will also be previously unavailable challenges and options for decorating machines.

SnowRunner was released on April 20, this year, simultaneously on PC, Xbox One and PlayStation 4. The game was warmly welcomed. The PC version achieved an average rating of 81% according to Metacritic. Console editions can boast of the same results.
