The How to Raise Your Dragon movie has become a whole little dragon franchise that DreamWorks says already deserves its own video game.

Dragons: Dawn of New Riders is an action-adventure RPG that at first glance is mostly for fans of the younger Dragons series and movies. The game will be released on major platforms next February, confirmed by a new trailer.

In the Dawn of New Riders, a new evil face, Eir, took control of the dragons to help him accomplish his evil plan. The player and his dragon mate will be tasked with stopping the tyrant. During your adventures, you can learn new skills, solve puzzles, and travel to the iconic locations of the Dragons franchise.

Dragons: Dawn of New Riders is expected to be released on February 1, 2019 for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
