This is one of 19 Spider-Man suits that you can unlock for Miles throughout the game and includes a special mod that you can only get by finding the Purple Reign suit.

How to Unlock the Back to the Beginning Side Mission in Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales

The Side Mission Back to the Beginning, the Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales main campaign is unlocked well into the middle.

First, you will have to complete the story mission of the main campaign Advancing through the noise. Then you will have to collect eight Sound Samples scattered around New York.

Once this is done, Aaron will contact you and start the Back to the Beginning side quest.

How to complete the Back to the Beginning side quest in Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales

The Back to the Beginning Side Mission in Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales begins in the southern part of Harlem, near the junction of Central Park and the Upper West Side.

You will have to go to Aaron’s hideout, which is in a subway tunnel under a bridge. You will have to look carefully for the entrance, because it is hidden behind some wooden planks.

Once you’ve found it, drop down and investigate the silver lockers at the back of the room.

You will receive a reward of 100XP and Purple Reign outfit.

Purple Reign Suit in Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales

The Purple Reign costume in Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales is inspired by the Stalker design in the game, with the same purple and lime colors. Gives Miles’s visor a green glow.

Unlocking this suit will earn you the Retriever Visor mod.

This modifier will refill one point of ammo from your gadgets when you perform a Stealth Takedown on an enemy, so it’s perfect for players who prefer stealth to combat.

Don’t worry, if you don’t like the look of the Purple Reign costume but you do like the Reclaimer mod, you can use it with any other outfit like the other mods.
