Sucker Punch job posting seems to hint at Ghost of Tsushima sequel

A vacancy from developer Sucker Punch could hint at a possible sequel to the successful Ghost of Tsushima.

The vacancy shows that Sucker Punch is looking for someone who can write a narrative set in Feudal Japan. Also, this person must have “knowledge of the history of Feudal Japan”.

While this doesn’t directly confirm that Sucker Punch is planning to work on a sequel to Ghost of Tsushima, it does increase the odds. After all, Ghost of Tsushima, which was released earlier this year, is also set in Feudal Japan.

A free update for Ghost of Tsushima was released last week. This included a New Game + mode, as well as an all-new multiplayer mode with cooperative missions isolated from the open game world. The PlayStation 4 game can also be played on the PlayStation 5, which will be released on November 19, and runs in a frame rate of up to 60 fps, according to the developer. The loading times are also shorter.
