Super Smash Bros. Ultimate | Nintendo supposedly wanted Sora but Disney said no

THE Super Smash Bros. Ultimate it may be the most incredible official crossover of all time. The game not only represents virtually every major Nintendo franchise, but also many third-party companies, and the whole project has become something truly special.

In the last episode of Kinda Funny Gamecast, Imran Khan, a former Game Informer, revealed something interesting that he had heard about Super Smash Bros. Ultimate. He said he was aware that Nintendo had sought to put Kingdom Hearts’ main protagonist, Sora, on the list. Apparently, it was something they were actively looking for, but Disney, specifically Disney Japan, rejected the request. While this is obviously rumored, Khan is generally a very credible source.

Kingdom Hearts is already a crossover between Disney and Square Enix properties. It would definitely be interesting to see that and all its mix. Super Smash Bros. Ultimate has a second season of fighters coming up, so it might as well happen.
