The Amnesia Collection gets Xbox One release date

Amnesia Collection was announced for the Xbox One in August, following its launch on the PS4. Fans of the horror series were thrilled that, at the time, the ad made it clear that the games would be released in a week. That ended up not happening, but now, the exact date has been announced and players can even pre-load the title on Xbox One.

In a post by Major Nelson, it was confirmed that Amnesia Collection will be released on September 28th. Already available in pre-order, it has also been confirmed that the Frictional Games collection can now be downloaded by players on Xbox One, but can only be played at the turn of the 28th.

Amnesia Collection features three titles, Amnesia: The Dark Descent, Amnesia: A Machine for Pigs and Justine. The horror games, especially The Dark Descent, helped to popularize the genre in first person, showing a character who cannot fight back, having only to face the danger by hiding and waiting for the terror to pass.
