The Last Guardian: How to unlock the Ico and Shadow of the Colossus outfits
There are up to five outfits to unlock and even a medal for Trico.
The Last Guardian has quite a few secrets kept in the game that allow us to dress our character when we find them. There are five in total and two of them will be based on Ico and Shadow of the Colossus outfits and there is even a medal for Trico.
The Medal of Honor is unlocked the second time we play it, but we will need to find many chests for the rest of the costumes. Many are not in obvious places, so we will have to do a lot of digging.
To put them on, we will have to pause the game select “Options” and then “Items” in the menu, but be careful, we will have to do it while playing, not on the title screen. There are also a number of barrels that we will have to find:
Durable clothing: 12 barrels: Looks like a ceremonial outfit
Thanksgiving Costume: 24 Kegs: A costume worn by the townspeople
Horn Clothes: 48 barrels: The costume that the hero wears in Ico
Warrior Costume: 64 barrels: The costume worn by the hero in Shadow of the Colossus
Fine Feather Painter: 96 Barrels: It’s a secret as it’s a quirky suit
Medal of Honor: A medal for Trico that is unlocked the time we start the game again.
