The Last of Us honored as the best game of the last 12 years at the BAFTA Game Awards
There BAFTA (British Academy of Film and Television Arts), the British organization that annually awards film, television and interactive works, has awarded a The Last of Us of Naughty Dog a highly coveted award.
The beloved game for PS3 and PS4, in fact, was awarded by the organization as the best game of the last 12 years, beating another 90 piece, God of War in the final.
BAFTA has called a vote to decide the champion of the Bafta World Cup of Games. The contestants for the prize were games of a certain weight, which have won the Game of the Year award for the past twelve years.
Bioshock, Batman: Arkham Asylum, Dishonored, Destiny, Uncharted 4 and God of War are just some of the “rivals” that have competed with The Last of Us. In the vote that brought Naughty Dog’s game with God of War face to face, TLOU won 61% of the vote.
