The NES Classic mini will be remanufactured
Nintendo was unable to make enough of the NES mini last year to meet demand, but will soon bring back the product.
It was a huge success and quickly sold out all the NES Classic mini worldwide, or the retro console that came with 30 built-in games. Prices have skyrocketed, on Ebay you can get it for many times the original price, but it was already sold in stores at a good profit while it was still.
Nintendo will also release a scaled-down version of the SNES in late September, but today announced that production of the Japanese-enabled version, the Famicom Mini, will resume production in 2018, and if all goes well, it could go on sale later that year. Business Wire reports that some copies of the version available in the Western market will also be made, which could be in stores next summer.

By the way, Nintendo warns that it is not worth buying a SNES mini on the auction sites at the inflated price, because it will make enough of it. We’ll see Nintendo fans always exceed company estimates.
