Thimbleweed Park is coming to Nintendo Switch

UPDATE: Ron Gilbert says that Thimbleweed Park is also coming to the PlayStation 4. The game launches on console on August 22. Developer Terrible Toybox further indicates that there are ‘no plans’ to bring the game to the PlayStation Vita.

Original message: Ron Gilbert announces via Twitter that Thimbleweed Park is coming to the Nintendo Switch. In a tweet from Gilbert you can see that the game is played on the console.

The Thimbleweed Park release became known at the beginning of this year. The game is currently only available on PC and Xbox One. In addition to the Switch version, Thimbleweed Park is also coming to iOS and Android devices.

Ron Gilbert is known for the first two Monkey Island games. Thimbleweed Park is also a point-and-click adventure game funded through Kickstarter.
