Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is about to arrive but that hasn’t stopped users from comparing the new game’s map dimensions with Origins, the previous game in the saga.
As you can imagine, the Odyssey map is gigantic: but will it be much bigger than Origins? Players then compared the overall map dimensions and the two main cities in each game – Alexandria and Athens.
Let’s look at maps in general first, before looking at them in more detail. It’s good to reveal that while Origins has a great deal of desert terrain, Odyssey has great swaths of sea. Still, Odyssey wins handsomely – his 260km2 beats Origins’ 90kms2.
Now, we are going to buy the cities of Alexandria and Athens, which you can see below. Also here Assassin’s Creed Odyssey is the winner, with Athens being slightly larger than Alexandria (with the island of Pharos).
Don’t forget that Assassin’s Creed Odyssey arrives on October 5th on Xbox One, PC and PS4.
