Battlefield 1 Revolution and Battlefield 1 Incursions announced.
DICE, a studio of Electronic Arts Inc., today unveiled a revolution for Battlefield™ 1.
In the full Battlefield 1 experience, Battlefield 1 Revolution lets players experience the birth of all-out warfare through epic multiplayer battles where no battle is ever the same. Immersive single-player war stories, more maps, deeper progression and new game modes, all in one package. Battlefield 1 Revolution is now available worldwide for Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Origin on PC.
In addition, a new, intense gaming experience is being developed in collaboration with the players: Battlefield 1 Incursions, specifically intended for competitive gaming. Players can now register for the closed alpha in September.

Battlefield 1 Revolution is the ultimate way to join the Battlefield community and experience war like never before. Battlefield 1 Revolution includes the Battlefield 1 base game and the Battlefield 1 Premium Pass, which includes four themed expansion packs*, each featuring new maps, new game modes, and more. It’s the full Battlefield 1 experience. Players will have immediate access to Battlefield 1 They Shall Not Pass, including six maps, including the game’s first nighttime maps: Nivelle Nights and Prize de Tahure.
Players can take the fight further with Battlefield 1 Revolution in Battlefield 1 In the Name of the Tsar, available September. They can also take part in amphibious warfare in Battlefield 1 Turning Tides, due in December, and fight in the most notorious battles of World War I in Battlefield 1 Apocalypse, available in early 2018.

Players who purchase Battlefield 1 Revolution will also receive the Red Baron Pack, Lawrence of Arabia Pack, and Hellfighter Pack, which includes themed weapons, vehicles, and emblems based on famous heroes and vehicles.
In addition, owners of Battlefield 1 Revolution or the Battlefield 1 Premium Pass already have access to Lupkow Pass, the first map of In the Name of the Tsar to be released. In Lupkow Pass, players can go into battle on the snow-covered canyons and treacherous precipices of World War I. The full expansion will then be released in September, where players will see more of the war’s largest front, featuring the Russian army, the deadly Battalion of Death Women’s Battalion, five new maps, and two new missions.

In the Name of the Tsar also includes 11 new weapons, the new Ilya-Muromets heavy bomber, the Putilov-Garford heavy armored car, the new Supply Drop mode, new medals, dog tags, service stars and more. It’s the biggest update in Battlefield history.
In the closed alpha of Battlefield 1 Incursions, players will experience an intense, competitive experience focused on teamwork.

Players will need all their skills in these intense 5v5 battles. They guarantee dramatic moments, of course with the distinctive gameplay and vehicles that Battlefield is known for. Starting in September, closed alpha participants will be able to choose from eight different loadouts (Trench Surgeon, Control Leader, AT Assault, Battle Mechanic, Mortar Support, Raid Leader, Shock Assault, Proximity Recon) on the Giant’s Shadow custom Battlefield 1 map. They can reach higher ranks to access better weapons and skills, based on a combination of time and achievements. The closed alpha of Battlefield 1 Incursions is just the beginning of the work the team will put into a long-term competitive experience in collaboration with the Battlefield community. Battlefield 1 Incursions features, content, and systems are subject to change between closed alpha and final product. We will announce more about the structure of the competitive elements and events in the coming months.
