Pearl Abyss has announced the official launch of the first season of Arena Solare, player versus player mode focused on 3v3 combat, in Black Desert Online.
In addition to adding three new maps for disputes, the season brings events with different rewards for the winners.

Arena Solare is Black Desert Online’s first matchmaking PVP content, in which teams of three players fight each other. With equipment leveled for everyone, it will be battle skill that will define who emerges victorious from the clash. Matches are set in best-of-five series. Challenge the arena to unlock special items and improve the ranking of your Emblem of Solare against other players.
Below are some of the main new features implemented through Season 1 of Arena Solare:
New Battlegrounds
In these new maps, each one with unique characteristics, it will be necessary for the player to use different strategies to adapt to each one of them and win the dispute. The lush and mysterious Mansha Forest with its thick mist; the open field in the Jade Star Forest, which allows a direct fight between teams and the Cadry Ruins, an amphitheater in which random objects can appear at any time for players to use during the fight.
Improved Interface
The new ranking page has been divided into sections where players can see detailed information on other adventurers, such as ranking, class status, skills, and equipment. It is also possible to check the level of Awakening and Success of the characters.
Special events
To celebrate Season 1 of Arena Solare, Black Desert Online hosts three events:
– Access Rewards (August 17th to 24th): Daily rewards in the first week of the arena, received upon entering the game, such as Chests of Honor Solare, an item that provides specific consumables, and Economy Packs, which contain additional buffs for the character .
– Quest for Glory (August 17th to September 14th): Players who finish in the top three positions in the rankings for each class will receive a special Costume Chest.
– Master of Solare (August 18th to October 12th): Players who achieve three Arena wins during the week in Ranked Mode will receive enhancement materials such as Cron Stone and Council of Valks (+110).
Arena Solare Ranked Mode is available on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 7 pm to 2 am (according to Brasilia time), and on Saturdays and Sundays, from 4 pm to 3 am (according to Brasilia time). On Tuesdays and Thursdays, Practice Mode is available so players can battle it out without having to worry about their ranking.

Alongside these events, Pearl Abyss is also announcing a Summer Fiesta, starting next week, to celebrate 3 years of the PlayStation version of Black Desert Console. Starting August 24th, players on the platform will be able to receive different rewards when logging into the game on a daily basis.
