Call of Duty: Cold War Reviews – “A Truly Enjoyable Experience”.

Call of Duty fans can finally lay their hands on the full version of its next installment. Today, Black Ops – Cold War is making its debut on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X / S and PlayStation 5 (if you live in the USA, for example). Some of the people bought this game blindly on the basis of gameplays or trailers, others took part in the open beta-tests of the title’s multiplayer mode and on this basis determined the level of their interest, and still others decided to make the decision to purchase the production of Treyarch and Raven Software teams dependent on reviews of industry critics. These have already started to appear on the web and it cannot be denied that they are very positive.
Call of Duty: Black Ops – Cold War has received very good ratings in the industry media so far.
On Metacritic Call of Duty: Black Ops – Cold War, the PlayStation 4 version has an average rating of 83/100 (based on 6 reviews), while the PlayStation 5 release card has an average of 83/100. In turn, the Opencritic website collected 15 opinions, of which 91% are positive, and the average of the points awarded is 86/100. What is the critics’ liking? Many of them praise the single-player campaign in the atmosphere of a spy thriller, which is dynamic, explosive, addictive and, as he writes David Martinez of Hobby Consolas (translated via Metacritic) is at the forefront of the entire Call of Duty series. Many reviewers also liked the robust multiplayer, Zombie mode, nice shooting model, and visuals. In individual texts, there are sentences that this is a “truly enjoyable experience” – a must-see during the holiday season for shooter fans and a very good entry of the cycle into a new generation.
What did not play? People who expect a great revolution may feel disappointed. Although the creators of the title were tempted to refresh some elements, as a whole it is still what Call of Duty fans have already managed to know and love. So if so far someone has not been convinced of this series, Black Ops – Cold War is unlikely to change it. In addition, in the game you can find problems related to, for example, the technical side or the disappointing behavior of the AI.
