  • Firing Range – Call of Duty: Black Ops

There is a possibility that the list of maps will be expanded over time – if this happens in the future, we will update this guide with the new information.

Call of Duty Mobile Modes

At launch, there are 5 modes available on Call of Duty Mobile – something that may change in the future if Activision decides to add more. Four of these modes come from previous Call of Duty games, and you can see how they work in the following list:

  • Team Deathmatch: Defeat players on the opposite team.
  • Free-for-all: Each player by himself.
  • Domination: Capture and save flags across the map to earn points for your team.
  • Hardpoint: Capture the hill whose location rotates periodically to earn points for your team.
  • Frontline: After spawning on a team base, kill players on the opposite team.

Each mode supports 10 players except Free-For all, where only 8 people can play.

It is worth noting that the battle royale is also present in Call of Duty Mobile, but we will create a dedicated page for it.

Call of Duty Mobile Loadouts

Also with regard to loadouts, we are dealing with family territory: you have a primary and a secondary weapon in different categories that you should know so well by now.

In addition to all that, there are other items you can select to complete your arsenal – more specifically an explosive or tactical grenade, along with an ability.

Right now, you have the following specialties in Call of Duty Mobile: Purifier (flamethrower), War Machine (grenade launcher), Death Machine (minigun), Transform Shield (deformable shield), Sparrow (arc) and Tempest (electrical bolt rifle).

The game still shows a lot of versatility but also a commitment to guarantee the traditional Call of Duty experience on mobile devices: the skills system is also back, and you can equip three at a time; in addition to all this, you can record 5 loadouts at once!

Call of Duty Mobile characters

Now let’s talk about the characters available on Call of Duty Mobile and here, too, we have good news for players – you’ll have 6 characters from previous games to choose from before starting a game.

You can see the list of characters already below:

  • Alex Mason – Call of Duty: Black Ops
  • David “Section” Mason – Call of Duty: Black Ops 2
  • Thomas A. Merrick – Call of Duty: Ghosts
  • John “Soap” MacTavish – Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
  • John Price – Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
  • Simon “Ghost” Riley – Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2

Of course, if you don’t like the appearance of the characters, you always have the possibility to change some of their characteristics, making them more to your liking.

How to download Call of Duty Mobile

The process of downloading Call of Duty Mobile couldn’t be easier and, although we tested it on Android, the principle should be the same on iOS devices.

All you have to do is go to the Play Store, search for Call of Duty Mobile and download the game. In our case, the file was just over 1GB. After that, just wait for the game to be installed and voilá, you’re ready to enter the world of Call of Duty Mobile (well, after a little tutorial).

Other advice on Call of Duty Mobile

We also advise you to go to the Call of Duty Mobile settings and adjust all the sliders so that the gameplay is to your liking.

For example, there are several sliders at your disposal to adjust the sensitivity of the aim or that allow you to choose how you want your character to hold each weapon by default. The best thing is to customize your experience as much as possible before entering a game.

As we said earlier, if there is any relevant update regarding Call of Duty Mobile, we will automatically post it in this guide!
