Close to the new generation, but even in October there will be something to play.

The developers are covering us with a batch of exciting games so that while we wait for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X to arrive, don’t get bored by any means.
Now it’s really worth putting aside, as it’s just over a month and new consoles are arriving, along with more expensive games than ever before. For the time being, it is only certain that the price of Sony’s exclusive will increase significantly, the new base level will be HUF 30,000, which is quite rough, but at least – looking at the publisher’s last 2-3 years – we can be almost sure that we will get quality for our money. But first there are a few more games that are very tempting, you can find them by week below and on the following pages.

October 2020 video game releases Week 1
Super Mario Bros. 35 – October 1 – Switch
Modeled on Tetris 99, Super Mario Bros. 35 offers a competitive multiplayer experience in which thirty-five players complete levels at once, but each defeated opponent is hindered by someone else. The goal is to be the last to survive. It will be available until March 31st and only requires a Nintendo Switch Online subscription.
Star Wars Squadrons – October 2 – PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One
Early this month, a very exciting Star Wars game will arrive, featuring only space battles. Star Wars Squadrons 5 to 5, which can be played in and without VR, can be fought while sitting in the ___pit, on the side of the New Republic or Empire, controlling a number of legendary spacecraft. The events of the single-player campaign take place after the Jedi returns, and we can experience the struggles from the perspective of both parties. If you are worried about microtransactions, don’t do it: all content can be solved with a game, but we can’t expect constant updates either. That might not be a problem.

Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time – October 2 – PlayStation 4, Xbox One
After the hugely successful Crash Bandicoot remake package, there was no question of making an official sequel. In the fourth part, Crash and Coco face their old nemesis, Dr. Neo Cortex, who wants to conquer more dimensions, so that travel in time and space will be a central theme. Long-known game elements will return, but new ones will be added, and new controllable characters will appear with their own unique abilities. Everything given to be the best platformer of the year, we are confident that you will be able to earn this title.
