In a post on Reddit by user PaperMartin, it appears someone by the name of tic-toc26 has stumbled upon an issue in Destiny 2’s tower and found rubble that can cause battle damage. Underneath the current immaculate tower lie the scars of a battle that has yet to take place. According to the post, tic-toc26 was able to locate a mission with the destroyed tower fully visible.

Two major updates are planned for World of Warcraft: Shadowlands

If you haven’t been in phase with Destiny 2 recently, Earth is in grave danger right now. In a last desperate attempt at revenge during the Destiny 2 Red War campaign, the Cabals have reprogrammed their ship, the Almighty, which has been launched on Earth, The Traveler and The Last City. Since The Last City is home to the remaining humanity, and La Torre is where players gather, the mission to stop the Almighty is a top priority. Below you’ll find photos showing the spoiler.

Players have spent the entire season launching war satellites for Rasputin – a giant Russian supercomputer – to use against the Almighty. Threatening the tower, it’s pretty easy to spot Bungie’s bluff; Destroying the game’s main social hub seems extremely unlikely, but the combat damage shown in the glitch suggests a closer encounter with the Almighty than we think.

COVID-19 has therefore shaped video game sales - article

It’s worth noting that the Tower is still featured in the screenshots released, meaning players will be stopping the Almighty by the end of the season. However, the level of destruction means the ship is likely to get very close to the tower before Rasputin destroys it. The damage to the tower would therefore probably come from falling debris. If this is how the tower damage occurs, players will likely see it by the end of May.
