What I miss most about being locked up is going to music concerts. Mike Portnoy and his company will have to wait until it’s safe for everyone… but that doesn’t mean we can’t continue to enjoy live music. In fact, artists like Brian May They talk to their audience from Instagram or YouTube with master classes.

This is why I found a solution to face this difficult period that we had to live / suffer: take advantage live concerts with video game music… without leaving the house. And it’s just that today after lunch I missed a concert that I had seen since Frank Klepacki and my blister continued … partly also because I remembered a comment from a colleague who said how he missed festivals. So, Turn up the volume completely!

Frank Klepacki & The Tiberian Sons

We started the musical tour for the aforementioned concert of Frank Klepacki, master to whom we owe the soundtrack of the vast majority of the Command & Conquer saga, from the first Tibetan dawn to the last red alert. This concert took place at MAGfest 2019 with his band Tiberian sons, where they played a lot of great songs de Command & Conquer à Red Alert 3precisely. And of course, the pin with Hell March could not be missing, the most iconic song, long.

The Dark Magi – Darkness and Starlight

We are in the age of video conferencing and most laptop webcams are an eyesore

The difference? They did this with a more cañero touch, which made some songs gain a lot more with the change, especially when mixing parts with an electric guitar and keyboard. Live Video Games – Blizzard Gamescom Medley

If the sound quality of the recording of the 2017 concert was not so bad, we would have put it at this point not to rehearse, since the concert of Live Video Games 2016 On the mythical songs of Blizzard Entertainment, we had already recommended him at the end of the year to make an epic farewell in 2016.

And … What an hour-long concert! Despite missing classics like WarCraft II or the first Diablo, there is a good selection of the company’s latest hits like StarCraft II, Overwatch, or of course World of WarCraft. A medley that was growing at the Gamescom 2016 gala.
