Former Little Nightmares developers work on a new sci-fi horror game.
This new science fiction horror game that is so reminiscent of Alien is being developed by Section 9, a studio made up of former Little Nightmares creatives.
Consoles PS5 and Xbox Series X | S They are already on the market, and alongside them will arrive large numbers of games in 2021 to exploit their capabilities, without forgetting the always interesting indies. One of them is being developed by Section 9 Interactive, and it has caught our attention.
Section 9 Interactive is a Swedish indies game development studio, formed by former Tarsier Studios employees, responsible for titles like Little Nightmares, Little Big Planet on PS Vita or the upcoming Little Nightmares 2 for PS4, Xbox One, Switch and PC.
Although we still do not know the name of this game, we have been able to see some videos and captures posted by Section 9 on his Twitter account, and the truth is that it reminds us a lot of the Alien film saga. It is a science fiction and horror title that will be released on consoles and PC, still no date.

Unlike Little Nightmares and its sequel, heavily influenced by Tim Burton and gothic horror, this title will be based on great films that mixed the science fiction with horror, like the aforementioned Alien, The Thing or the most recent Life, starring Jake Gyllenhaal.

What little we have been able to see shows us an isometric shooter, what mix the action, the puzzles, the terror and all this with a very striking graphic section, with dark and blue tones that also remind of Aliens or Prometheus.

Our protagonist will carry a spacesuit and you can perform evasive maneuvers to avoid enemy attacks, while facing terrible aliens and nightmarish creatures using different weapons, and it seems that we will also have to overcome some puzzles.
