Fortnite hints at Season 8’s theme.
Fortnite has hinted at the theme of season 8 via a tweet. With a little rhyme, they seem to hint at a pirate theme as a follow-up to the winter theme of season 7.

Take a look, there is illustration number three. As you can see there is a strange beast on it, but luckily a rhyme has been added with a short, cryptic explanation.

Apparently Fortnite is making a nice collection of announcements for Fortnite season 8. They tweeted a second rhyme yesterday in the same form as the first. More and more it looks like we’re going to get a pirate theme folks!

An observant Twitterer merged the two posted images and made a clever comment that together they will look a lot like a skull. We continue to puzzle and keep you informed.
Original: In three days, Season 8 of Fortnite’s Battle Royale mode, the hyper-popular game from Epic Games, will begin. For days, speculations have been rife about how the transition from Season 7 to Season 8 will take place, but now the official Fortnite Twitter account itself is leaving a big hint as to what theme to expect for the new season:

So it seems that Season 8 has a pirate theme, if we interpret this hint correctly. Fortnite Season 7 certainly had a distinct winter theme, including a major in-game event where a gigantic sphere filled with ice hung over the world from scratch and eventually covered the entire map with snow. There are only a few rumors about whether there will be another event on this scale before the start of Season 8. In any case, we will keep an eye on it for you.
