  • Each team has a bus that approaches the island from opposite directions. On the map, the outline of the friendly bus is blue, the enemy bus is red.
  • The map has a dotted line that identifies the “battle lines” between the two teams. Crossing the line will increase the chances of finding enemies.
  • We increased the collection materials by 25% above the standard.
  • Chests and Ammo Boxes are generated more often than normal and contain extra ammo.

  • We fixed sticks that caused damage through walls / floors when they were attached to a player.
  • Fixed an issue that caused players to place Remote Explosives on themselves after applying a Consumable Shrub.
  • Fixed an issue where precision shots went through nearby wire fences.
  • We fixed an issue that caused the trail of the spheres and the flare in the barrel of the Epic / Legendary Shotgun to sometimes not be replicated for other customers.
  • Fixed an issue where players were unable to use Auto Run when using a controlled Hoverboard.

GAMEPLAY

  • Lava deals 1 damage to the touch and makes players jump backwards. Watch out!
  • Volcanic geysers propel players and vehicles to the sky with a breath of hot air!
  • We increased the duration of the Infinite Dab from 11 to 12 hours in the lobby.
  • The Cozy Campfire is now lit when it is active and is viewed through a Thermal Sight.
  • When trying to place ceiling or wall traps, a structure will automatically build the structures necessary for the trap to be placed.

Bug Fixes

  • We removed the ability to aim with firearms when opening doors to correct an error that allowed players to shoot with weapons earlier than intended.
  • Fixed an issue where players were able to aim with firearms while jumping.
  • We fixed an issue that caused the collected weapons to sometimes be unloaded incorrectly. This happened if a player looted a weapon left by another player just eliminated.

  • Fixed an issue that caused the item sticker not to work as soon as the player landed from the free fall.
  • Automatic reloading of weapons no longer cancels gestures.
  • Fixed a bug that caused equipped Traps to be exchanged after dropping a pile of items or after using the last item in a consumable or explosive pile.

AUDIO

    • World markers are now visible in the world when placed near you.

  • Building Information Visibility
    • If a player is in construction mode and is placed in a state where he needs to free-fall, the project, the pencil and the phantom structure are kept until the player can build again.
      • After landing, the project, the pencil and the ghost structure will automatically reappear.
  • The Battle Pass / Battle Pack purchase screen now shows the creator you support, if you support someone.
  • We fixed an issue that caused the team’s elimination count to be wrong at times.

Voice Chat Updates We’ve
added new voice chat options to the Creative Islands Game menu! Share a single channel while in Creative Mode regardless of the team and choose who you want to chat with when playing.

Jungle Temple Theme Set
deadly traps or brutal trials in your own adventure games using the new Prefabricated Jungle Temple Structure.

Playground Update
We renewed the Playground, moving it to Creative Mode and allowing even more friends to join in the fun!

ISLANDS

  • Now you can customize your island’s time of day!
    • We added a new option “Time of Day” to the My Island menu.
    • By default, the time of day progresses normally, a function shared between all server islands that are also set to “Standard”.
    • You can select a specific time of day, which forces your island to always be at the same time of day.
    • Selecting “Random” randomly determines a time of day when loading your island. She stayed at that time of day.
  • Islands now load much faster.

  • Your friends’ Playground sessions do not appear when searching Creative Servers.

CREATIVE MODE TOOLS AND PHONE

  • We improved the Resize mode:
    • The Phone’s Resize mode now allows you to stretch and smash objects along a specific direction, be it Width, Height or Depth. This works in the same way as changing the Axis of Rotation in Rotate mode.
    • When resizing objects, you can now “flip” the objects backwards by continuing to Shrink beyond their minimum sizes. This also works when selecting a specific resize direction and enables new object layouts!
    • When the Phone is in Resize mode, you can now resize the object to its default size. This works in the same way as resetting Rotation in Rotate mode.
  • You can now place objects within the island’s terrain.
    • Set the Collision mode to “Nothing” to allow objects to be moved across the terrain.
    • The existing “On” Collision mode has been renamed to “All” and “Off” has been renamed to “Terrain Only”.
  • We added help visuals when placing objects:
    • The “Fit to Center” position of objects is now displayed when “Fit to Grid” is enabled.
    • When rotating objects, we now display guides to show the selected axis of rotation.
    • When resizing objects, we now display guides to show the direction in which the selected object will increase, decrease, stretch or crush.
    • These visual guides will also appear for a short time when switching between Rotate, Resize and Fit to Grid modes.
  • Players can now interact with objects such as doors, devices and traps even when flying.

  • We fixed the holographic preview of certain (inverted) objects that were appearing in the wrong place when using Copy or Paste.
  • We fixed some types of objects (such as Music Blocks) that were not landing on the floor as expected with the Drop mode enabled.
  • We fixed some cases where objects were falling under the terrain with Drop enabled.
  • We fixed objects that were moving unexpectedly when copied with the Phone if they had already been resized before being selected.
  • Fixed an issue where it was possible to place multiple objects faster than the turbo build speed by quickly clicking on the buttons.
  • In the English interface, we corrected the word “Rapidly” in the exclusion text for the Turbo construction.
  • The Telephone now tries to use the visible object to determine limits whenever possible, ignoring things like the barrier device, the disposal area, etc.
  • We reverted the rotation code to use the old logic.
  • The Telephone now respects the mirrored and Size states of each object generated from prefabricated structures or catalogs. The move tool now applies the absolute value of the scale before determining scale values.
  • When placing objects below the level, Drop will no longer activate causing them to drop further below the ground, preventing Drop codes from determining the new level of object transformation.

  • Fixed an issue with the way traps were counted in the Builder Duel mission that caused the player’s construction count to be reset.

  • We’ve updated the Collection Book’s progress panel to handle cases where the player’s current level is below the maximum level reached.

Introducing: the new Hero Set System!
The new Hero Set System has arrived at Save the World! Heroes no longer have a static set of benefits that define their gameplay. Instead, they focus on a specific benefit, and you can combine benefits in order to use those that best suit your style of play.

  • We added 8 new heroes to the game. These rewards are from new missions, which are extensions of hero-specific mission lines and begin to unlock after DEA 2 in Canny Valley.

  • Mythical Heroes already acquired who grant a Team Benefit will grant their Team Benefits retroactively.

Ability Balance Changes

As part of the Hero Set changes, we adjust the balance for the entire game. As a result, we changed the balance of some skills to bring them closer to our new models. Going forward, we will have a much more aligned base for adjusting skills in the future.

New Combinations Benefits / Heroes! 

We rebalanced and adjusted all the benefits. We also redistribute them among all the existing heroes. Heroes that can be acquired through modes other than gameplay will always be new looks for existing heroes. All Heroes now have a Standard Benefit that is awarded to players regardless of whether they are allocated to the hero set.

  • Heroes allocated as their Commander receive the “Commander Upgrade” modification to their Standard Benefits listed below.
    • Note: all Standard Benefits without a specific text indicating your Commander Enhancements grant enhancements to the numerical effectiveness of your Standard Benefits when allocated as your commander.

Freezing traps are a great example of this. Shooting concentrated for prolonged periods remains a strong point for Soldiers, but by removing the Debilitating Shots, we were able to make better use of Vulnerability in order to create high damage windows of opportunity in a short time.
