GoodPlayer is an application that allows you to play your movies and download media player all your required files. There is no need to convert the media files before playing them as GoodPlayer supports all formats be it AVI, Xvid, Divx, DAT, VOB, FLV, WMV, MKV, MP4 RM, RMVB, AC3 , HTTP, FTP, RTSP, MMS, SMB, MMSH, MMST, RTP, UPnP up to UDP, etc. With this practical application you only
you’ll need to transfer media files from your iOS devices, file sharing or iTunes over Wi-Fi, so you won’t miss out on playing any of your favorite movies. And thanks to the integrated browser that GoodPlayer has, it is not limited to playing the files locally, this application offers you an excellent media player and downloader. With the recently released version 4.0 several new features have been added which are detailed below. It should be noted that the iPad 2/iPhone 4S A5 CPU has a dual decoding core that is also compatible with the application.

- Playlist: Each folder is a playlist. Just move the files to a folder, and set the “Playback Settings “–>” “—>” “Auto Repeat” to “All Loop Files”. During playback, the files in the folder will be played automatically one by one.

What’s new in version 4.3?
- Fixed issue related to DLNA streaming, this issue was also affecting other streaming feature.
About AirPlay and AirPlay mirroring:

For iOS 5 AirPlay mirroring support
- iOS 5 is required.
- iPad 2 or iPhone 4S, only these two devices have iOS AirPlay support.
- Set GoodPlayer Settings->TV Out to “Always Enable”, and the “TV Out Resolution” to a value suitable for your TV.
About iOS 4 GoodPlayer AirPlay:

- AirPlay video and audio is only supported in iPod plug-in playback mode.
- (GoodPlayer -> Settings -> Plugin Settings -> iPod, Enable “iPod”), and also note that iPod plugin for local playback.
- AirPlay only supports audio for all playback files, however if the media file comes with video, the video is still playable locally on the iOS device. So you should be aware that AirPlay introduces additional delays for GoodPlayer native audio playback mode.
About iPad 2 and iPhone 4S specific playback issue:
- If you have some files that are found with problems playing by GoodPlayer on iPad 2 and iPhone 4S, please try to set GoodPlayer-> Preferences -> Multi core decoding to “off”, and play the output files again .
- During HTTP/SMB streaming, the app will automatically check the download folder for subtitle files. So please first upload/download the subtitle files in more than 2 folders. If the name of the movie is filename.avi, the name of the subtitle file is something like “filename.en.srt” or “filename.fr.srt”.
In iOS 5, using the “Open In” feature:

- There are some changes in iOS 5. Please switch Settings->File Manager->iTunes Sync to “on”.
