Grand Theftendo is the name given to the project by Brian Provinciano, a boy (with little to do, it must be said) who loves the Grand Theft Auto saga and the old Nintendo Entertainment System in equal measure. Grand Theftendo is an adaptation of the well-known GTA III, but it works on an NES emulator, with all that it entails. And the truth is that it is an admirable task. Bringing a game as complex and free as GTA III to such a limited platform is very expensive.
I invite you to visit its official website, where Brian himself tells all the details about the development of the game, from its history to the tools he is using in its creation. You can also see a few screenshots of the game, and as soon as it is finished you can download the ROM to use it with an emulator. Also, after hanging the development tools for download, invite everyone to create their own game for the NES … Does anyone dare?
