    The cleaning of the housing will be done in two stages; the first is to clean the outside of the case and the second is to clean the inside.

    We will therefore start by cleaning and disinfecting the exterior of the case. For this, we recommend:

  • Remove any debris that may be in the lightning connector using a soft, clean, dry bristle brush.
  • Then use a 70% isopropyl alcohol wipe to disinfect the exterior of the case.
    Attention Do not use this wipe on the charging port in order to avoid liquid getting inside which will damage it.
  • Leave to dry outdoors or with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth.
  • After cleaning and disinfecting the case with an isopropyl alcohol based wipe, it’s time to take care of the inside of the case. Here are the steps to follow:

  • Remove any debris that may be in the enclosure using a soft, clean, dry bristle brush.
  • Apply patafix to all stained and hard-to-reach places such as in the gaps in the hinge / groove of the housing.
  • It is important to remove all dirt from the bottom of the case, as this may interfere with charging the headphones. To reach them without damaging the housing, we recommend that you wrap a toothpick with patafix, then gently remove dust and small dirt.
  • Finally, the very last step is to remove any dust in the charging port that can get in the way and prevent charging the case with a cable. To remove debris, all you need to do is use a soft bristle brush. This is to prevent damage to the metal connectors inside the port.
  • To disinfect the inside of the case, use a cotton swab lightly moistened with isopropyl alcohol on the recesses of the charger, the grooves of the cover.
  • Finally, wipe with a dry microfiber cloth.
