Ho ho ho! Merry Christmas with Letsplay4Charity!.
The year 2022 is coming to an end, it’s time for contemplative hours with family and loved ones, while the LP4C Santa Claus Udett Schaffrath will once again be doing a Christmas stream on Christmas Eve this year with a bag full of over 1000 gaming keys for has all platforms with it to distribute them among the viewers. On 12/24 it’s that time again and the Letsplay4Charity e. V. invites everyone to stop by our Twitch channel from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and end the year with a cozy stream. Anyone who knows us knows, of course, that we don’t just want to amuse our viewers, we want to do the whole thing for a good cause: On Christmas Eve we collect donations for homeless children and young people, more precisely for street children e. V.. So tune in, otherwise Christmas Udett will bring out his rod instead of presents!
In addition, Letsplay4Charity wishes everyone a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year and we would like to take this opportunity to thank all members, supporters and partners. 2022 was the most successful year since the association was founded, we broke the magic mark of 1,000,000 viewers on our Twitch channel and were able to generate over 20,000 euros in donations at various live events, which, among others, helped the Wings for Life Foundation and Help in the fight against cancer e. V. have benefited. In addition, the association has gained many new members and thus even more supporters for the good cause.
Our most recent live event took place a few days ago at Flora in Cologne, where we were able to host the official charity stream to accompany the German Developer Award 2022. The live stream reached 175,000 live viewers with a peak of 5,700 simultaneous viewers and 3,000 euros in donations for help in the fight against cancer e. V. are collected.

The successes of this year spur us on to build on that again next year. Among other things, we were the official charity partner of the Indy Game Fest in 2022, where the first and certainly not the last collaboration with Gaming-Aid e. V. took place. We were also the official charity partner of Level Up in Salzburg and supported gaming against cancer with a large-scale November fundraiser.
“A lot has happened at our small club this year and I am very proud of what we were able to achieve. At this point I would like to thank all those involved, members and partners for the great work and of course my heart beats when I see how the association is slowly but surely establishing itself in the industry, networking and being appreciated.” says Dennis Henson, CEO of Letsplay4Charity e. V. “We will take the momentum with us into the new year and start where we will stop this year. Thank you to everyone who has supported us in any way. You give us the certainty that we are doing the right thing here and are on the right track with the club. And above all, that we are not walking this path alone!”

More information about our work, how you can get involved, become a member or donate is available on our official website.
About Letsplay4Charity eV:

The non-profit association Letsplay4Charity would like to act as a supporter in front of and behind the scenes in the implementation of donation streams for the many small, medium-sized, but also larger streamers and networks, as well as act as an intermediary for the donation-friendly communities and handle their donation income seriously in order to avoid tax traps and deliver donations without deductions to where they are needed most. In addition, we ensure interesting donation streams with our own content at real events and with virtual streaming events and stand up for those affected in important areas such as euthanasia, cancer research, animal welfare, last wishes, support for victims of abuse or medical care for those in need.
In August 2021, the club was honored with the “Heart of Gaming” award by a 30-strong expert jury at gamescom digital 2021, received the Earlygame Award as Social Person of the Year and was nominated for the special prize for social commitment at the German Developer Prize 2022 , which serves as an impetus for further engagement.
