[HOT] : The Pokémon UNITE MOBA is coming to Switch and mobile this summer
As if there weren’t enough Pokémon games expected in the next six months, the franchise will return in a few days with a brand new title. Entitled Pokémon UNITE, this opus will do things differently compared to its predecessors.
Announced last March, Pokémon UNITE is a MOBA developed by Timi Studio, a developer owned by Tencent who worked on the hugely popular Call of Duty Mobile. Players will face off as a five-on-five team in more tactical combat than usual. This week, we discover the release periods of this opus.
Even more Pokémon!
Thus, Pokémon UNITE will land on Nintendo Switch from July and on mobile from September. Remember that the game will opt for a free-to-start economic model. It will therefore initially be playable for free before asking the user to pay to continue the adventure. In addition, the progression will be common to all media. It will therefore be possible to resume its Switch part on mobile, and vice versa.
The next few months will be busy for The Pokemon Company with the launch of the Sparkling Diamond and Sparkling Pearl versions on November 19 and Pokémon Legends: Arceus on January 28, 2022. All of them will of course be released on Nintendo Switch.
